Tickets are now on sale for the Marylebone Music Festival, running the weekend of the 24th – 26th June.

Manchester Square Gardens will be transformed into a covered, well-ventilated concert venue. The eclectic programme will include Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony; ‘Classical Kicks’ from Ronnie Scott’s, a fun mix of jazz, folk and pop with a classical thread throughout, and comedian and broadcaster Sue Perkins will conduct the popular children’s classic, ‘Peter and the Wolf’. Soloists from the Royal Opera House and English National Opera will perform in ‘A Night at the Opera’ in the presence of HRH Princess Michael of Kent and introduced by Rick Wakeman.

In June 2020, we released an EP of ‘Songs from the Marylebone Pleasure Gardens’ on our label Besant Hall Records, performed by mezzo-soprano Clare Presland and a string quartet featuring Simon Blendis, Natalie Klouda, Meghan Cassidy, and Gemma Rosefield, recorded at Air-Edel Studios. This year, the songs will be performed by Orion Symphony Orchestra as part of Saturday’s ‘A Night at the Opera’ concert, conducted by Toby Purser.
