Air-Edel’s Dirk Brossé will conduct the 20th-anniversary edition of the World Soundtrack Awards on 24th October.

Adapted to current circumstances, this year’s WSA will be a free, online edition, live-streamed from Kinepolis Ghent, where the ceremony itself will take place. This will give the festival’s international audience the chance to enjoy the award ceremony and concert from everywhere around the world in a safe manner. The World Soundtrack Awards will be the closing event of Film Fest Ghent.

The concert will feature works by their 2020 guests, Alexandre Desplat, Gabriel Yared, and Michael Abels, and will be performed by the Brussels Philharmonic and Vlaams Radiokoor, conducted by Dirk.
