Nathan Klein
Nathan Klein is a British-American Composer who is rapidly making his mark crafting distinctive scores for the likes of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and Sky, as well as scoring feature films that have won awards at major festivals and composing the theme for the chart topping podcast ‘The Rest Is History’.

In 2024, Nathan scored ‘The Shallow Tale Of The Writer Who Decided To Write About A Serial Killer’ starring Steve Buscemi, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and won the Audience Choice Award. Nathan also recently finished Universal’s horror feature ‘The Beast Within’ starring Kit Harrington and is currently scoring BBC One’s upcoming comedy-thriller ‘Ludwig’ starring David Mitchell.
2023 saw Nathan compose the scores for two Global Top 10 hits for Netflix: ‘McGregorForever’, which was nominated for Outstanding Audio/Sound at the 2024 Sports Emmys, and ‘MH370: The Flight That Disappeared’, for which he won an ASCAP London Music Award for Top Streaming Series. Nathan also scored the critically acclaimed rom-com ‘Smothered’ for Sky as well as writing additional music for Studio Canal’s ‘Wicked Little Letters’ starring Olivia Coleman and Jessie Buckley.
Other notable lead composing credits include Berlin Crystal Bear winning narrative feature ‘Butterfly Kisses’, Disney’s British Animation Award nominated series ‘101 Dalmatian Street’ and Netflix’s ‘The Puppet Master: Hunting The Ultimate Conman’.
Nathan is also an accomplished arranger and orchestrator, most recently leading the orchestration for Marvel’s ‘Loki’ Season 2. Over the last decade he has contributed orchestrations to over 30 major film and TV productions, including the Academy Award winning ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’, making him one of the more experienced composers you could hire to produce orchestral recordings.
Also in the music department, Nathan composed additional music and arranged the score as a whole for ‘Mary Shelley’, which was nominated for ‘Discovery of the Year’ at the World Soundtrack Awards, and also arranged & producing the score for ‘Wild Mountain Thyme’ which went on to receive another WSA nomination.
Earlier in his career, Nathan spent time music editing on films such as ‘Paddington 2’ and ‘Sherlock Gnomes’ as well as working as assistant composer to Daniel Pemberton on several projects including Warner Brothers’ ‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’.
Nathan holds British, North American and German citizenship.
