Stuart Hancock Wins British Animation Award for ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’

We’re delighted for Air-Edel composer Stuart Hancock who won the 2024 British Animation Award for Best Original Music for ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’.

Directed by Neil Boyle and Kirk Hendry, and produced by Bankside Films, ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’ follows Michael, who is shipwrecked on a remote island and must adapt to life alone. Over time, he feels another presence, learning that this world is home to both unimaginable danger and beauty. A gripping animated adaptation of a beloved novel.

The ceremony will took place on the 7th March at London’s BFI Southbank.
