BFI London Film Festival 2018
We’re excited for the start of the BFI London Film Festival which features four Air-Edel projects as part of this year’s line up.
‘Evelyn‘ is the latest powerful documentary from the Academy Award-winning team who brought us ‘The White Helmets’ and ‘Virunga’. Air-Edel’s Patrick Jonsson composed the original score which was recorded and mixed by Nick Taylor in Air-Edel Studio 1, with music supervision from Maggie Rodford.
Nick Taylor recorded Gary Yershon’s score for Mike Leigh directed ‘Peterloo‘, conducted by Terry Davies at British Grove, before returning to Air-Edel Studio 1 to mix. Nick also worked in this way to produce the score for ‘The Little Drummer Girl‘ starring Alexander Skarsgård and Florence Pugh, directed by Chan-wook Park. Matt Biffa was the music supervisor for the series, with Andy Glen working as the music editor.
‘Outlaw King’ starring Chris Pine, directed by David McKenzie is a gutsy historical drama that brings underdog Robert the Bruce thrillingly to life. Chantelle Woodnutt was the on-set music supervisor, and worked closely with Jim Sutherland who composed additional music and was the on-set music producer.
